Do I need an account?
Not to build or download a CV. Without one, this browser keeps one CV, deleted 48 hours after its last edit. An account keeps CVs for good, opens them in any browser, and is needed to book a review, because a reviewer needs to know who they are meeting.
What does the ATS check actually do?
It reads the text back out of the finished PDF, the way an applicant tracking system does, and reports what it found: name, title, dates, sections, and the skills a job posting asks for. You can check a CV made here or upload a PDF, Word or text file.
Is it free?
Building, styling and exporting a CV is free. A review with a person is priced by the reviewer; you see the price before you book.
Why does the download link only work once?
The PDF is rendered on the server and handed over through a link that expires after one use, so a forwarded link or a browser history entry does not turn into a copy of your CV.
Who are the reviewers?
People who read CVs for a living, approved by SikerCV before they are listed. You can search by field and language, see their background, and pick a free time on their calendar.
Can I share a CV with someone?
Yes. A share link passes a CV on as a starting point, with the contact details left out unless you choose to include them.
